Maceo Parker is one of the greatest saxophone players that has ever lived, in the world, in space.
He has many songs and musical credits to his name – he has done a lot of work with James Brown and Prince, to name but a tiny select few.
One of Maceo’s songs is called “Shake Everything You’ve Got”. It has an infectious groove, is impossible not to dance to, and well and truly falls into the HowToPlayTheSax.com’s mantra of Have Fun, Play Saxophone, Be Awesome, Repeat !!!!

His career spans from the 1960’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, 2010’s and beyond. His bands are always terrific, his vocal chops are very impressive and quite simply his saxophone playing is pure genius.
